ABOUT US
The City of Milford Parks and Recreation Department annually facilitates spring youth baseball and softball for children between the ages of 5 through 14. The games generally take place from early May through late June.
Milford Baseball and Softball player pitch teams participate in the Blue River and I80 Pony League. This league travels to communities such as Malcolm, Crete, Seward, Hickman and more for games. Home games are played at Welch park in Milford.

Do you have a church group or family reunion coming up? You can rent our ball fields for a day or a weekend. Open to out-of-town teams for tournament rental. Click below to find out more!
Volunteer Coaches
The Town of Milford relies on volunteer coaches for the organized youth sports leagues. Coaches must be available for weekly practice and games. Each coach is required to submit and pass a background check. It is important that coaches teach sportsmanship as well as specific sport skills.

**Inclement Weather Procedure**In case of inclement weather, a decision regarding games will be made by Sports staff. Information will be on the town facebook page and this website. Updates are made at 2:30 p.m. each weekday. If a decision is made after these times, it will be made at the facility by the officials/coaches.

**Note parents are required to work at least one shift in the concession stand. We appreciate everyone doing their part to keep the concessions operational during games.**
